GUARANTEE

New set enhancements, shellac services, and dipping are guaranteed for 7 business days. If you notice your nail chips or lifting in the first 7 days after a service, please call us to schedule a free repair (design charges will be applied if needed). Repair after 7 days for a broken nail starts from $7. Traditional regular polish and broken nails of a refill service are not under guarantee. Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after service.

REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your services, please make us aware of it while servicing or before you pay, we will happily fix them or adjust them to your satisfaction Or we will remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. If you leave the salon without paying, we will contact the police and prosecute theft of service to the fullest extent of the law. NO REFUND WILL BE APPLIED AFTER YOU LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT.

CHILDREN

We love to do children's nails! However, they need to be UNDER FULL ATTENTION BY PARENTS/ GUARDIANS ALL THE TIME. Unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. We use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children under 10 who are not receiving nail services, please keep them safe or leave them at home with a sitter.

CELL PHONES

Please be respectful of the people around you who are trying to relax during their nail services. Set your ringtone to the lowest volume, and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call. Hand-free devices are strongly encouraged so that you don't contaminate your nails with dirt and oils from your hair and face during service. Additionally, pay attention to your manicurist! Having to repeatedly wait for a hand to become disentangled from a cell phone slows down service times, and can make both you and your nail technician late for your next engagement. SPEAKERPHONE IS NOT ALLOWED! Please put on your earpieces if you need to make video calls.

CLIENT REFUSAL RIGHTS

We reserve the right to refuse service to any rude, mean, or disrespectful people. Difficult clients will be stopped immediately and will not be able to book with MV Nails and Spa in the future.

SURVEILLANCE

For your safety, and ours, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance. Also if you leave our salon without paying, WE HAVE THERIGHT TO POST YOUR PICTURES FOR IDENTIFICATION SURVEILLANCE ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA after reporting to the police.
